Voicemail messages left for Radio Farda on June 19:
I wanted to say that as long as Mr. Khamenei is ruling the country, the voice of the Iranian people cannot be heard, until justice is established in Iran.
I wanted to tell Mr. Khamenei that he did not accept reality even once, he did not overcome his pride and save the country from rebellion and chaos. I feel sorry for him because he has not realized the bravery of the Iranian people yet. I really feel sorry for him.
You [Khamenei] have lost a historic opportunity, if you would have canceled this election you would become a national hero. Your supporters are the same but your opposition would support you as well, even your opposition outside Iran would accept your legitimacy, and you really could be a national hero. You lost this opportunity and I feel sorry for you because you are paying for Ahmadinejad.
I think that Mr. Khamenei, has not heard the Iranian voice yet, he is going down the road where all dictators go, and recently Saddam Hussein went.
I am Omid from Iran. If we do not want this regime, who should we talk about? They already have suppressed our rights, they are killing our people, if we are rebels and anarchists, so who are the Iranian people? Only those who support Ahmadinejad and the regime are Iranian people? That is enough, it has been for suppression for 30 years, this is the end of it, we have been treated so badly and now life and death do not really matter for us.
