North Baghdad Car Bomb Kills 16, Wounds 35

BAGHDAD (Reuters) -- A car bomb in north Baghdad's Shaab district has killed 16 people and wounded 35 others, police said.

Women and children were among the casualties, police said.

The toll is up from an earlier reported six people.
