Washington has again called for the quick signing of a security agreement with Kabul.

In an interview with Tolo TV in Kabul on November 26, U.S. National Security Adviser Susan Rice said if the agreement is not signed “promptly,” the United States will have “no choice” but to start planning for the withdrawal of all U.S. and NATO troops from Afghanistan.

Rice said she delivered the same message during talks with Karzai a day earlier.
