Pakistani security officials said a suspected U.S. drone strike on a vehicle in South Waziristan along the border with Afghanistan, has killed at least two.
Speaking on condition of anonymity, the officials, said the strike on June 2 -- the sixth in 11 days -- took place not far from Wana, the main town in South Waziristan.
The strike is part of the United States' campaign to destroy Al-Qaeda and Taliban sanctuaries in Pakistani tribal regions.
The covert program is a cause of tension between Washington and Islamabad.
