Eight firefighters have lost their lives while extinguishing a conflagration at a warehouse in Moscow.
Russia's Investigative Committee says a probe has been launched into the fire that occurred in the Russian capital's east on September 22 and was extinguished early in the morning on September 23.
The blaze erupted at a warehouse, where plastic items and other goods were stored.
The fire covered an area of 4,000 square meters and caused a 1,500 square meter section of the building's roof to collapse.
On August 27, a fire at a Moscow printing house in Moscow killed 17 women, including three Russian citizens and 14 Kyrgyz migrant workers.
