Russia's Emergency Situations Ministry says nine people were killed on March 2 in a collision between a truck and a minibus on the Ural Highway in Russia's Penza region.
The accident was about 650 kilometers southeast of Moscow.
Authorities said the minibus was carrying its passengers from Penza to Ulyanovsk.
Three people were taken to hospital with injuries they sustained in the accident.
