The Interior Ministry said charges had been filed against five Serbian players and an assistant coach, two England players and an assistant coach, and three fans over the October 16 melee in the Serbian city of Krusevac.
The ministry said the players and coaches were charged with committing violent conduct at a public sports event, while the fans were charged with using fireworks.

European soccer's governing body, UEFA, is currently investigating whether Serbian fans shouted racial abuse at black English players during the match, which was won by England 1-0.
