U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will visit Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia as part of an eight-day trip to countries in northern Europe, the Caucasus and Turkey, which she is due to start on May 31.
Clinton will discuss "regional security, democracy, economic development and counterterrorism" in the three Caucasus countries, the State Department said on May 25.
The State Department also said Clinton would meet with leaders from civil society groups in all three of the countries.
Clinton's will arrive in the Caucasus after visiting Denmark, Norway and Sweden and after her trip to the Caucasus she will travel to Turkey where she is due to speak at a forum on counterterrorism on June 7.
