The perimeter fence around the exhibition hall today was lined with over 100 candles, planted in the snow by people who travelled to the southern Polish city of Katowice from around Poland to pay tribute to the victims of the disaster.
Polish Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobro today characterized the managers of the exhibition hall as negligent, because survivors reported having to break down blocked doors to escape as the roof caved in.
Earlier today, Ziobro and a police spokesman revised the death toll in the building disaster from 67 to 62.
