Anar Mammadov’s KFC And Luxury Assets In The U.K.
Anar Mammadov has owned through an offshore firm at least 20 KFC restaurants in northwestern England, as well as an office building in London's wealthy Mayfair district that is one of more than $30 million in luxury properties he has bought in the British capital.

In 2010, Mammadov purchased an office building on Conduit Street in London's wealthy Mayfair district for $17.2 million. Five years later, Mammadov transferred ownership to a BVI-based company he owned called Four Investments Holdings Limited. The building, which stands just off of Regent Street with its luxury shops and bustling crowds headed to and from Oxford Circus, is still owned by Four Investments Holding. But ultimate ownership of the company and the land is shielded behind a trust now administered from Gibraltar.
6 Grosvenor Crescent
In 2012, Anar Mammadov purchased a $17 million apartment on Grosvenor Crescent – ranked the most expensive street in the U.K. in 2017 – in London’s swanky Belgravia neighborhood, down the street from Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace. Land Registry records show that he sold the apartment at a loss for $8.5 million in 2019.
