Turkmenistan's state-run television reported that Sheikh Khalifah Bin-Zayid Al Nuhayyan arrived in Ashgabat on 13 February and met with Turkmen President Saparmurat Niyazov.
Turkmen television said Sheikh Khalifah and Niyazov discussed the development of bilateral relations "in all areas."
