Roman Abramovich (file photo) (epa) June 19, 2006 -- An investment company controlled by Russia's richest man, Roman Abramovich, says it will buy a stake of just over 41 percent in the Russian steel giant Evraz.
Evraz is one of Russia's top steelmakers and owns plants in Russia, Italy, and the Czech Republic.
