Obama Says U.S. Leadership Unites World Against Russian Actions In Ukraine

U.S. President Barack Obama said under America's leadership the international community has united in condemning Russian actions in Ukraine. In a foreign policy speech at the U.S. military academy in West Point, New York, Obama said the mobilization of world opinion has "served as a counterweight to Russian propaganda, Russian troops on the border, and armed militias" in Ukraine's east.
