MOSCOW -- The Moscow Bureau for Human Rights says it has received a threatening letter from suspected radical Russian nationalists, RFE/RL's Russian Service reports.
The executive director of the bureau, Aleksandr Brod, told RFE/RL that the letter contained insulting words and xenophobic pictures and was signed "Heil, Hitler."
Brod says his group has made several statements in the last several weeks calling on the authorities to pay attention to the growing xenophobia and racism in Russia.
