The United States on December 11 imposed new sanctions against the former head of the intelligence agency of Bosnia-Herzegovina and the country's former state prosecutor over allegations of "significant corruption." The State Department cited former intelligence chief Osman Mehmedagic and prosecutor Diana Kajmakovic as it expanded the list of persons banned from entering the United States.
