Russia's Defense Ministry says its forces shot down two Ukrainian drones early on October 14 over the Black Sea off the coast of the Krasnodar region. Residents of the Black Sea resort of Sochi earlier reported explosions in the area and published videos about what appeared to be blasts above the sea. Some reports said explosions were heard near the Sochi Olympic Park and even in the center of the city. No casualties or damage have been reported so far. Ukraine has not commented on the reports.
