Dissident Russian journalist Arkady Babchenko, who once promised to return to Moscow in a U.S.-made Abrams tank, has been added to the Interior Ministry's wanted list on unspecified charges. Babchenko left Russia in 2017 and resided in the Czech Republic for some time before he moved to Ukraine. In 2018, Ukraine's Security Service staged his assassination as part of a sting operation to catch people involved in an alleged Russian plot to kill him.
