BISHKEK, April 10, 2006 -- Richard Boucher, the U.S. assistant secretary of state for South and Central Asia, is in Kyrgyzstan today for talks with the country's leaders.
Boucher is expected to discuss U.S.-Kyrgyz relations with President
Kurmanbek Bakiev, Prime Minister Feliks Kulov, and Foreign Minister
Alikbek Jekshenkulov.
Boucher has already visited Afghanistan,
Pakistan, India, and Kazakhstan on a regional tour.
