A Russian protests in March at the U.S. Embassy in Moscow following the death of the former Yugoslav leader Slobodan Milosevic (epa) June 8, 2006 -- Russian television reports say that Moscow has extradited an ethnic Serb wanted by the Hague-based United Nations tribunal to Bosnia.

It says Dragan Zelenovic, who is wanted for war crimes committed during the country's 1992-95 war, was transferred to Bosnia's state court.

It was not possible to get immediate confirmation of the report.

Zelenovic, 45, is charged by the UN war crimes court with the rape and torture of Muslim women in the town of Foca.
