At Least 25 Killed In Iraq Despite Crackdown

The scene of a car bomb in Baghdad on July 10 (epa) July 11, 2006 -- Two suicide bombers and a roadside bomb killed 15 people outside Baghdad's heavily fortified Green Zone today.

In another attack in the capital on July 11, gunmen ambushed and shot dead 10 people in a minivan near the Sunni neighborhood of Al-Dura. The victims were reportedly Shi'ia traveling to a funeral.


In the northern city of Mosul, a car bomb killed at least two people.


The latest violence came despite a massive security crackdown across the country.
