September 15, 2006 -- The Kyrgyz parliamentary commission investigating last week's arrest of opposition leader Omurbek Tekebaev will make its preliminary conclusions public on September 20.

Tekebaev was arrested at Warsaw airport on September 6 after Polish police
found heroin in his luggage. A Warsaw district court later concluded that the
drugs had been planted and ordered Tekebaev's release.
