Environmental Official In Shell Case Criticized

Sergei Sai, the head of the Rosprirodnadzor agency, cited "inefficiencies" in the work of Oleg Mitvol.


Mitvol has threatened to sue Shell, the operator of the Sakhalin-2 project, for billions of dollars in environmental damage.
