January 10, 2007 (RFE/RL) -- Terrorism, the environment, and diversity in open societies are expected to top the agenda when the new chairman in office of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) highlights his country's priorities.
Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos is scheduled to outline his 2007 goals for the pan-European security organization on January 11 in Vienna.
Moratinos will speak at a session of the Permanent Council, the OSCE's main decision-making body.
