More Than 100 Dead In Iraq Blasts

A mortar shell hit a school in the Sadr City section of Baghdad today, injuring four (epa) March 29, 2007 -- Reports say a suicide bomber killed around 60 people in a market in the predominantly Shi'ite Shaab district of northern Baghdad today.

The reports say dozens wounded.


Earlier today, multiple car bombs exploded and killed at least 40 people in the mainly Shi'ite town of Al-Khalis north of Baghdad.


Reports say at least 80 people were wounded in the blasts.
