Iraqis Celebrate Security Handover

Iraqi soldiers and civilians celebrated as the last U.S. troops prepared to withdraw from all Iraqi cities. The Iraqi Army took over control of the last U.S.-led base in Baghdad, while soldiers and police officers paraded in Baquba.
