Obama, Maliki Pledge Strong Ties After Withdrawal

With just weeks to go before the last U.S. combat forces withdraw from Iraq, U.S. President Barack Obama and Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki met in Washington and promised that the partnership between the two countries would remain strong.
