Observers from the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) have announced that the October 9 presidential election in Azerbaijan was "seriously flawed," marred by media restrictions and intimidation of voters and candidates. The news conference in Baku degenerated into chaos as some pro-government reporters interrupted the observers and shouted, "The OSCE is biased," clapping their hands and forcing the speakers to cut short the press conference and leave the venue.
