Obama Rules Out U.S. Military Action in Ukraine

U.S. President Barack Obama has ruled out any American military action in Ukraine. Speaking in an interview with NBC television March 19, Obama said Washington would continue to apply diplomatic and economic pressure on Moscow over its intervention in Ukraine. He said Russia's actions in Crimea violated international law and the sovereignty of another country.
