BAGHDAD (Reuters) -- A bomb attached to a bicycle killed three laborers and wounded eight others in Iraq's volatile northern province of Diyala, police have said.
The police had no further details on the blast in Baquba, 65 kilometers northeast of Baghdad, but said the death toll was final.
Reuters footage showed distraught relatives weeping over the bodies of the laborers after they were evacuated to a hospital.
"What sin did you commit to deserve this?" cried a man embracing the bloodied corpse of his brother.
Despite a drop in violence across Iraq, militants still regularly stage bomb attacks, especially in Baghdad and Iraq's restive northern provinces.
