By the mercy of God and with the leadership of Ayatollah Khamenei, Iran is progressing day by day. We don't need the sympathy of anyone. We will overcome our problems by the mercy of God and we will have a proud and free country.

I ask all Iranian statesmen and especially Mr. Rafsanjani to find a solution to the current crisis. Mr. Rafsanjani in his position as chairman of the Expediency Council and chairman of the Assembly of the Experts can find a solution to this crisis as soon as possible.

I want to send a message to the man whom I accepted as leader, a man to whom I listen carefully and full of respect, a man for whose orders I was always ready. I want to tell him that, "You know better than me the position of a holy man of God. Why did you destroy your position under God? We trusted you before; why did you demolish our trust in you? Why did your prefer a selfish man to all Iranians? Why do you kill the innocent civilians who merely defend their rights? Why is nuclear energy our right but asking about our votes is not considered our right?
Please end this crisis and tell people that you made a mistake. We still love you if you are a righteous leader.

First, I wanted to say that I am so sorry for Neda (whose death after a gunshot wound has become an iconic image of postelection violence).
Second, I wanted to say to the Iranian people: Beware, you are brave people, you are smart people. State television recently announced that there was [the possibility of fraud concerning] 3 million [ballots] in 50 ballot boxes. Don't you think it is possible there was fraud in the rest of the ballot boxes?
Don't you think it could change the results?
Don't you think it could nullify the election?

If Mr. Ahmadinejad really loves his people, why doesn't he say, "Iranian people, because I love you, I will resign in the interest of peace"? They have been suppressing people for 30 years.

It is really important for Radio Farda to send reports to us every moment, because we have no access to news inside Iran. Here in Tehran, there are millions of people in the street. I don't know about the other cities, but I know that because those cities are small, they are suppressed more easily than Tehran. Now the VOA and BBC have been blocked; this makes Radio Farda's responsibility even greater than before. Radio Farda should be able to provide information and news to people every moment. I think Radio Farda is not doing as it should, but of course it's probably because it does not receive news from inside Iran. Among Ahmadinejad supporters, there is nothing but suppression and killing; while the other side talks about reforms and compromise.

Today, there was a big protest in Iranshar [in southeastern Iran]. There were about 1,500 people who started to fight with the police in city center and the police suppressed them with batons and tear gas. The government says that these people are encouraged by people from outside of Iran. That is not right. We are only Iranian people who want democracy; this regime has suppressed people for 30 years.

I am talking to Ahmadinejad's supporters: After that much bloodshed, you are still supporting him. It is not honorable to react that way. After all, the world found out that this election was a fraud [and] you are still supporting him. I'm sure you are not truly Iranian.
How can the international community trust such a government about the nuclear issue when the government kills its people in such a brutal way?
