Suicide Bombers Attack Afghan Police In Logar Province

Militants attacked provincial police headquarters in eastern Afghanistan's Logar Province on February 17, killing at least 20 police officers and wounding at least eight. An official said four suicide bombers were involved in the attack. The incident took place on the same day as another deadly attack on police officers at a checkpoint in Kandahar Province. (Reuters)
