Armenian President Says Azerbaijan Won't Complicate Summit Communique

Armenian President Serzh Sarkisian brushed aside concerns that Azerbaijan could complicate agreement on the wording of the final communique at the European Union Eastern Partnership summit. He told RFE/RL on November 23 that the summit was not the place to discuss the disputed territory of Nagorno-Karabakh, which both countries lay claim to.
