Armenian Archbishop Bagrat Galstanian, who has become the face of anti-government protests, has called on supporters to gather early on June 3 in the capital, Yerevan, to continue demands for the resignation of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinian. The 53-year-old cleric, backed by the opposition, began rallies in Yerevan on May 9 after leading protests in the northern Tavush Province against Pashinian's decision to cede several border areas to Azerbaijan.
