Hague Tribunal Restates: 'Genocide' Committed In Srebrenica

The International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague has restated its judgement that the mass killings in Srebrenica in 1995 constituted a genocide. Judge Alphons Orie was speaking before delivering the verdict on the Bosnian Serb military commander Ratko Mladic, who faces charges of genocide, crimes against humanity, and war crimes. (Reuters)
