To mark International Children's Day on June 1, RFE/RL asked kids around our broadcast region: What makes you happy? Our survey takes us from the war-torn Ukrainian town of Shchastya (which means ''happiness'' and which changed hands in fighting between government forces and Russian-backed separatists in summer 2014) to Sarajevo, Minsk, Bishkek, and Moscow.
