Ukrainian men of conscription age who hold dual citizenship or foreign permanent residence permits are not allowed to leave the country as of June 1, Andriy Demchenko of Ukraine's State Border Service said on Telegram. Kyiv does not recognize dual nationality and regards citizens who hold dual citizenship as Ukrainian nationals.
