Cuba Arrests 17 For Allegedly Helping Recruit Cubans To Fight For Russia In Ukraine

Cuban authorities have arrested 17 people in connection with an alleged network to recruit Cuban nationals to fight for Russia in Ukraine. The head of criminal investigations for the country's Interior Ministry said at least three of the people arrested are part of recruitment efforts inside the country. The official didn't identify the alleged members of the network, but said they had criminal records.
