Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas says it's important to agree on "practical steps" on how Ukraine gets into NATO once the conflict with Russia is over. Speaking to RFE/RL's Rikard Jozwiak on July 4 in Tallinn, Estonia, she said there needs to be a "clear pathway" on Ukraine's membership in the security alliance.
