Tusk Says Riga Summit Sends 'Strong Message' Amid Agression And War

European Council President Donald Tusk said the EU's Eastern Partnership summit in Riga had sent a strong message about the European Union's continuing commitment to countries in the region despite aggression and war. The summit was focused on developing relations between the EU and Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, Belarus, Azerbaijan, and Armenia. A $2 billion loan deal was signed between the EU and Ukraine. (Reuters)
