European and Kosovo police have raided the offices of Kosovo's Health Ministry and arrested four officials in a corruption probe.
The EU rule of law mission (EULEX) said those arrested included ministry permanent secretary Ilir Tolaj.
EULEX said the four are wanted for "corruption-related offenses, including abuse of official position in the manipulation of tenders and entering into harmful contracts."
EULEX, launched after Kosovo declared independence from Serbia in 2008, is mandated to strengthen the rule of law in the country.
