Thousands of Georgians lined the streets of Tbilisi to welcome home the national soccer team after it was knocked out of Euro 2024. It was the first time that Georgia had qualified for a major international competition and the team surprised many pundits by making it out of the group stage before being defeated 4-1 by Spain.
