Hollande Says He Will Approach Trump With Vigilance

French President Francois Hollande congratulated Donald Trump on his election as the next U.S. president. But in a statement in Paris, he said he would approach the relationship with Trump with "vigilance and candor" because of positions Trump took during the campaign. He did not give specific examples.
