A spokesman for the international investigation into the shooting down of Malaysian Airlines Flight 17 in 2014 has told a news conference in Nieuwegein, the Netherlands, that it was shot down from separatist-held territory in Ukraine with a missile system that brought in from and then returned to Russia. Wilbert Paulissen said the conclusions were based on forensic evidence, including wiretapped telephone conversations. (AP)
