Pakistanis Queue To Register SIM Cards

New rules requiring Pakistanis to register their SIM cards have led to long queues forming. The measure is aimed at helping counterterrorism efforts. Pakistanis have to have their fingerprints scanned to prove their identities in order to keep their telephones. (RFE/RL's Radio Mashaal)
