Dozens of people have been killed in Pakistan's Kurram district in a tribal land dispute that has sparked days of sectarian fighting. The fighting between Sunni and Shi’ite tribes began in the Boshera region on July 24 and has since spread to at least five towns and villages, with both sides using heavy weapons. The Pakistani military has been unable to stop the fighting.
