Pro-Russian Protesters Occupy Government Buildings In Ukraine's Luhansk

Pro-Russian demonstrators continue to occupy state buildings in the eastern Ukrainian city of Luhansk. Protesters have blocked entrances to the regional Security Service headquarters with barricades of tires. (Reuters)
