Russians In Azerbaijan Vote In Presidential Election

Russian nationals came to the Russian Embassy in the capital, Baku, to cast ballots in Russia's presidential election. Both Russian expatriates and tourists were among the voters. Voting was also possible in three other cities in Azerbaijan. (RFE/RL's Azerbaijani Service)
