Russia's Interior Ministry on January 12 added self-exiled Siberian journalist Andrei Serafimov to its wanted list on unspecified charges. Serafimov, who is currently outside of Russia, said earlier that a probe had been launched against him on a charge of calling for activities that compromise Russia's national security. Serafimov said at the time that the charge most likely stemmed from his online posts that explained to young Russian men ways to avoid recruitment to the war in Ukraine.
