Serbian authorities are preparing to hand over the last remaining war crimes suspect from the Yugoslav wars.
His lawyer has said Goran Hadzic will not fight extradition. He could be extradited to The Hague as soon as today.
Hadzic, who was captured in Serbia on July 21, was charged by The Hague tribunal in 2004 for war crimes charges stemming from the 1990s war in Croatia.
Those include the leveling of Vukovar and the massacre of some 200 Croatian prisoners of war after the devastation of the town on the Danube.
His arrest was widely hailed as the symbolic closure of a horrific chapter in Balkan history.
