EU officials say a new round of talks in Brussels between Serbia and Kosovo is likely to be postponed to February 22 after Pristina representatives failed to show up on time.
An unnamed EU official told reporters that the flight with the Kosovo delegation out of Vienna had been cancelled.
Earlier, the EU had said the flight with the Kosovo negotiators out of Pristina had been held up by a "technical delay."
The main topic on the agenda of the talks is the issue of Kosovo's participation in regional forums that Serbia -- which rejects Kosovo's 2008 declaration of independence -- blocks.
Progress in the yearlong talks is crucial to Serbia's bid to become formally recognized as an EU membership candidate in March.
